Myofascial Release (MFR) is a new paradigm approach to relieving chronic muscle pain, back, neck, jaw and headache pain. It is a very safe hands-on form of soft tissue therapy that helps to address tissue dysfunction that results in chronic muscle pain, low back pain and restrictions in the body, so you can finally have back pain relief.

MFR focuses on the myofascial unit or network, including muscle and connective tissue. It is a gentle approach to the body, yet has a deep profound effect, as there are 7 layers of fascia in our bodies, down to our cells. Myofascial release is intended for muscle pain relief, back pain, pain management, increasing range of motion and balancing the body. Techniques include join mobilization, stretching the fascia and releasing bonds/restrictions between fascia, integument, muscles, and bones are applied. The fascia is manipulated with a light pressure using cross handed stretches or traction, directly or indirectly to the area, allowing the connective tissue fibres to reorganize themselves in a more flexible, functional fashion. Based on these light and non invasive techniques you will experience pain relief, and MFR can be used as an approach towards back pain relief, muscle pain and low back pain.
